• The company is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons.

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Pricing & Offers

• All prices are displayed in INR.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Offers, discounts, and coupons are valid only for the mentioned duration.

• Misuse of offers or duplicate accounts may lead to cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the location.

• Incorrect address may lead to delivery failure

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

• Users may receive 1% performance-based benefit per day for 100 days

• This is not guaranteed

• It depends fully on company profit and business conditions

 

The company does NOT promise or guarantee profit.

 8. Performance-Based Returns Disclaimer

• No fixed income

• No assured returns

• No profit guarantee

• Benefits may increase, decrease, or stop based on company performance

Users join this plan only at their own risk.

9. Taxes & Deductions

 Any benefit payout is subject to Indian government taxes:

• SGST 6 %

• CGST 6%

• TDS 6%

• Service Charge 2%

 

Total deductions may be up to 20%, depending on regulations.

 10. User Account Responsibilities

• Users must maintain accurate account details.

• Users are responsible for keeping login information secure.

• Sharing OTP, password, or bank details with others is the user’s responsibility.

• The company is not liable for losses due to user negligence.

 

11. Cancellation of Orders

 The company may cancel orders if:

• The product is out of stock

• Payment is incomplete

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Address is invalid

 

Users will be notified in such cases.

 12. Prohibited Activities

 Users must not:

• Create multiple fake accounts

• Misuse coupons

• Spread false claims or fake promotions

• Misrepresent the company

• Perform fraudulent transactions

 

Violations may lead to account suspension.

• The company is not responsible for referral commission expectations or losses.

• Referral-based earnings are completely at the user’s own risk.
